【马来西亚宏慈佛教会 】二零二一年八月十二日 | 农历七月 盂兰盆会 【𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 】 𝟏𝟐 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 | 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐏𝐮𝐣𝐚 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡
盂兰盆节是佛教徒缅怀祖先、普渡行孝的重要节日；亦适逢僧众结夏安居，佛教徒供佛斋僧行布施。 惟今年盂兰盆节仍在疫情环境下，马来西亚宏慈佛教会不设实体盂兰盆法会。大和尚斯里沙拉南长老慈悲应许，让义工行政团队接收并整理名单以供大和尚为信众诵经祈求以此功德回向信众之先人，尤其方便居住远处之佛弟子无法前往佛堂为已故亲人做功德之遗憾。 即便如此，信众仍可透过二零二一年八月廿一日晚间的网络共修，各自于家中，在大和尚的带领下诵孟兰盆经回向功德于已故有情。 于二零二一年八月廿二日 （农历7月15日）佛欢喜日，宏慈佛教会将代表参与结夏安居供僧活动之善信，于斯里兰卡，印度，不丹，玉树青海，尼泊尔，孟加拉及越南等地区俞50几所佛寺及僧侣僧尼佛学院进行供千僧。 马来西亚宏慈佛教会祈愿在这疫情期间，佛弟子可表达孝思，为先人行善修福的同时，现世人亦可得平安，冥阳两利。 以此功德祈求佛陀的慈悲愿力加被，全球疫情早日缓解，国泰民安；现世父母身心安康，增福延寿；已故父母及祖先往生善趣或早登净土；三途八难的众生超生离苦；十方有情消灾增福，早证菩提。 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 is an important day for Buddhists to commemorate their departed loves ones and to perform filial piety.
