【Malaysia Maha Karuna Buddhist Society】 03 March 2026 | Full Moon Day Service and Chap Goh Mei Celebration at Maha Karuna Vihara 
On this joyful final day of the Chinese New Year, people gathered together to pray for peace and happiness.
With sincere hearts, we venerated loving-kindness and made offerings to the Triple Gem — the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha.
Most Venerable Saranankara reminded us that there are two kinds of offerings:
Amisa Puja — the offering of material things such as flowers, fruits, food, incense, and candles.
Patipatti Puja — the highest offering, which is the practice of the Dhamma in our daily lives through kindness, morality, and wisdom.
The program included chanting of blessings and Dhamma sharing, allowing everyone to rejoice in the teachings.
A vegetarian lunch was lovingly prepared and served, bringing the community together in harmony and gratitude.
May all beings be well and happy. May peace and wisdom grow in our hearts.

在这农历新年的最后一天，大众欢喜齐聚一堂，为和平与幸福祈愿。
大家以至诚之心礼敬慈悲（Metta），供养三宝 — 佛、法、僧。
尊者斯里沙拉南加拉长老开示提到，供养有两种： 阿弥沙供养（Amisa Puja）— 供养鲜花、水果、食物、香烛等物质供品。 法供养（Patipatti Puja）— 以实践佛法为最上的供养，在日常生活中修习慈悲、持戒与智慧。
当天活动包括诵经祈福与佛法分享，让大众同沐法喜。
活动后寺院准备了丰盛的素食午餐，与大众共享善缘、和合欢喜。
愿一切众生身心安乐，福慧增长。
