On the dawn of January 1, 2024, the senior Sangha, Reverend Manoj at Mahabodhi Mahavihara Temple in Bodhgaya, India, illuminated lamps on behalf of the Buddhist members of Maha Karuna Buddhist Society (KL & Selangor) Malaysia. Accompanied by the resonant chants of blessings, the merits from this sacred act are wished to illuminate our journey towards physical and spiritual well-being.
Following this, on January 1, 2024, the Maha Karuna Buddhist Society will be offering three meals for both the Sangha members and the public at Mahabodhi Mahavihara Temple in Bodhgaya.
May the sincere aspirations of all be fulfilled under the benevolent blessings of Buddha Dhamma and Sangha. As we commence the new year, let us do so with purity, reaffirming our unwavering faith in the Triple Gem, and invoking blessings for the well-being, peace, and happiness of all sentient beings.
在2024年的第一天，清晨，印度菩提迦耶的玛哈菩提寺的资深僧众代表马来西亚大慈悲佛教会（吉隆坡与雪兰莪分会）的佛教徒们点燃了灯盏。伴随着祝福的颂声，愿在这庄严之地献灯的功德照亮我们通往健康与灵性发展的道路。
随之而来，在2024年1月1日，宏慈佛教会也将在印度菩提迦耶的正觉塔寺范围为僧团成员和公众提供三餐。
愿一切美好的愿望在佛法僧三宝的祝福下得以实现。我们以纯净之心开始新的一年，再次坚定对三宝的信仰，祈愿所有众生的健康、和平与幸福。
