With the deep concern of Chief Reverend B. Sri Saranankara Maha Thera for the development of monks education, the 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 was established since year 2013 by Maha Karuna Buddhist Society Malaysia to support the further education of Sangha members. Although most of the Sangha members have good knowledge of the Buddha Dhamma, but they could further improve themselves by obtaining specialised knowledge in other fields that will help them share the Buddha’s noble message of peace with others and eventually support the prolongation of Buddhism.
Training a monk with high moral character, knowledge, wisdom and all aspects development requires the joint efforts of the entire Buddhist community. Uphold this thought, and pray for the prolongation of Buddha Dharma for the benefits of all sentient beings.

在尊者斯里沙拉南加拉长老对僧侣教育发展的深切关注下，【宏慈僧侣教育基金】由马来西亚宏慈佛教会于 2013 年成立，以护持僧团成员升学教育。虽然大多数僧团成员对佛法已有相当的理解，但他们可以通过获得其他领域的专业知识，学堂上的互动来进一步提高自己，这将有助于他们与他人分享佛陀的崇高和平信息及其究竟宗旨为支持佛教的传承延续。
培训一个品德高、有学识、睿智及全方位发展的僧侣，需要整个佛教社会的共同努力。秉持此念，祈愿佛法常住世间，广利有情。
