The \u3010Mindfulness vs Speed\u3011 event on 29th July 2023 at Sepang International Circuit marked a historic moment, gathering over 700 participants and becoming Malaysia’s pioneering initiative of its kind globally.<\/div>\n

Notably, the event attracted a substantial presence of students, with over 400 students and more than 300 undergraduates hailing from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Their enthusiastic engagement and curiosity added a dynamic flair to the proceedings. Participating students had a study tour of the Sepang International Circuit, sparking awareness about mindfulness as a valuable life skill. The event aimed to inspire the younger generation to embrace mindfulness, thereby fostering happier and more successful lives.<\/div>\n
