Last Sunday, the first meditation guidance programme was held <\/a>at Maha Karuna Vihara, welcoming parents of the Children\u2019s Picture Book Camp as well as members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was guided by Bhante Suguna and Bhante Santidriya, who shared insights on living Zen in daily life. May this guidance bring clarity, peace, and well-being to all participants, benefiting their mind, heart, and daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025\u5e7411\u670830\u65e5\uff5c\u751f\u6d3b\u7985\u6307\u5bfc\u5728\u5b8f\u6148\u5bfa\u8fdb\u884c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e0a\u5468\u65e5\uff0c\u5b8f\u6148\u4f5b\u6559\u4f1a\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u9996\u6b21\u7985\u4fee\u5f15\u5bfc\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u8fce\u6765\u7ed8\u672c\u8425\u5bb6\u957f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u4f17\u4f5b\u53cb\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8bfe\u7a0b\u7531 Bhante Suguna \u548c Bhante Santidriya \u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u201c\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u5b9e\u8df5\u7985\u201d\u7684\u667a\u6167\u3002\u613f\u6b64\u6b21\u5f15\u5bfc\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u6e05\u660e\u3001\u5e73\u548c\u4e0e\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u5229\u76ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5fc3\u7075\u4e0e\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
