30 May 2026 | Wesak Eve Food Sharing in Sri Lanka
On this auspicious Wesak Eve, we had the opportunity to offer food to the local community at Kolabissa Sri Bodhirukkarama Temple, Pathahewaheta, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
Through this food-sharing initiative, 5,000 people were served, bringing together the spirit of generosity, kindness, and community on this sacred occasion.
Inspired by the Buddha’s teaching in the Karaṇīya Mettā Sutta, we aspire to cultivate boundless loving-kindness and extend care to all beings without distinction.
May this humble offering bring nourishment, comfort, and joy to those who receive it.
May all beings be well, happy, and free from suffering.

2026年5月30日｜卫塞节前夕斯里兰卡粮食结缘大众
值此殊胜卫塞节前夕，宏慈佛教会于斯里兰卡康提（Kandy）Pathahewaheta 的 Kolabissa Sri Bodhirukkarama 寺院举行粮食共享活动，与当地社区大众广结善缘。
此次活动共为5,000位民众提供食物，将布施、关怀与分享的精神带给大众，共同欢庆卫塞节。
此善行启发自佛陀于《慈经》（Karaṇīya Mettā Sutta）中所开示的慈爱精神，愿我们学习培育无量慈心，平等关怀一切众生。
愿这份微小的供养，为大众带来温饱、安乐与欢喜。
愿一切众生身心安乐，离苦得乐。
